In the construction and operation of 4G/5G communication base stations, BBU (Baseband Unit) cables are the "nerves and blood vessels" of the entire system. Specifically designed for Huawei BBU5900 series baseband units, this cable uses 25mm² multi-strand copper conductors with OT crimp terminals, which can be directly connected between the DC power cabinet and the BBU equipment to transmit -48V DC power. With low impedance and high current-carrying capacity, it meets the requirements of long-term stable power supply for base station equipment, while featuring excellent flame retardancy and aging resistance.

3. Base Station Low-Voltage Signal Control Cables


Typical Model Example: Nokia 472510A FTSE GPS Cable

This cable is a dedicated GPS/GLONASS clock synchronization line for Nokia FSMF/FLEXI series base station BBU equipment. It features a 3-core copper cable structure, with one end using a FTSE-specific interface to connect to the BBU synchronization module and the other end using a waterproof circular connector to connect to the outdoor GPS/GLONASS mushroom antenna. The standard length is 30 meters. Designed for base station scenarios, the cable has low-loss transmission and high electromagnetic shielding performance, enabling stable transmission of timing signals in complex electromagnetic environments. It provides high-precision time synchronization references for 4G LTE and 5G NR networks, serving as a key component to ensure inter-base station coordination and stable network operation.
