Product Description

This is a high-performance duplex multimode fiber optic patch cord featuring dual DLC/ID interfaces and a 5.0mm outer diameter cable, designed for short-distance, high-bandwidth optical signal transmission in indoor and semi-outdoor scenarios.

  • Interface & Fiber Core: The DLC/ID interface is an embedded duplex LC connector with a basic dustproof and moisture-proof structure, ensuring stable connection and easy plug-and-play operation. It adopts multimode fiber (compatible with OM1-OM5 grades) with core/cladding dimensions of 50/125μm or 62.5/125μm, supporting dual-directional signal transmission to meet the needs of duplex communication.
  • Cable Structure: The 5.0mm outer diameter cable is equipped with a black low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) sheath (PVC/PE optional), which has excellent UV resistance and compression resistance. The internal structure contains water-blocking aramid yarn, effectively enhancing the cable's tensile strength and water-blocking capacity, and adapting to complex installation environments.
  • Optical & Mechanical Performance: It uses high-quality ceramic ferrules, with insertion loss ≤0.25dB (typical value ≤0.10dB) and return loss ≥35dB, minimizing signal attenuation and reflection. The dual-end bayonet locking structure prevents connector loosening caused by pulling during construction and use. The operating temperature range is -40℃~+85℃, with dynamic bending radius of 20× cable diameter and static bending radius of 10× cable diameter, ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions.
  • Customization: Cable length can be flexibly customized from 1m to 300m with a tolerance controlled within 10cm, fully adapting to the wiring distance requirements of different scenarios.

  1. Short-Distance Cabling in Data Centers

    It is ideal for interconnection between servers, switches, optical distribution frames (ODFs) and other equipment in data centers. The stable connectivity of DLC/ID interfaces ensures signal transmission reliability in high-density cabling environments, and the LSZH sheath complies with the fire safety standards of data center machine rooms, effectively reducing fire hazards.
  2. Structured Cabling in Intelligent Buildings

    Matching with DLC-type intelligent fiber optic electronic distribution frames, it can be widely used in management rooms and equipment rooms of intelligent office buildings, large shopping malls and other buildings. It provides reliable connection for horizontal and vertical cables of voice, data and other signals inside the building, meeting the short-distance multi-device optical communication needs of intelligent buildings and complying with relevant structured cabling standards such as GB/T 18233.
  3. Short-Distance Auxiliary Links in Base Stations

    In Fiber to the Antenna (FTTA) scenarios, it serves as an internal auxiliary transmission link for base stations, realizing signal interconnection between Baseband Units (BBUs) and short-distance Remote Radio Units (RRUs) in machine rooms. Its anti-interference performance adapts to the complex equipment deployment environment of base stations, supporting the short-distance signal transfer needs of 4G and 5G base stations.
  4. LAN Construction in Enterprises and Campuses

    Suitable for short-distance network scenarios such as enterprise office parks and campuses, it is used to connect optical switches and routers in various buildings, building a stable LAN optical transmission link. It meets the high-speed data exchange needs of a large number of terminal devices in the park, and the customizable length can flexibly adapt to the wiring distance between different buildings.
