Product Description

This is a 1-to-2 branch-type single-mode fiber optic patch cord tailored for indoor high-density optical distribution scenarios, featuring one standard DLC/ID dustproof interface on the main end and two parallel DLC/ID dustproof interfaces on the branch end, with a 5.0mm outer diameter trunk cable and 2.0mm branch cables. It is optimized for stable signal splitting and transmission in equipment rooms, data centers, and enterprise wiring closets, supporting flexible device expansion and connection.

  1. 1-to-2 Branch Interface Design with Dustproof Protection

    The main end adopts a single DLC/ID dustproof bayonet interface, equipped with a built-in dustproof gasket to prevent dust and particulate matter from entering the optical path in indoor environments, ensuring low-loss connection with core switches or optical distribution frames (ODFs). The branch end integrates two independent DLC/ID interfaces, which can simultaneously connect two terminal devices such as servers, access points, or optical transceivers, realizing one-to-multiple signal distribution without additional optical splitters. All interfaces use UPC precision-polished ceramic ferrules with a tolerance of ≤0.1μm, ensuring an insertion loss of ≤0.3dB per interface and a return loss of ≥55dB, minimizing signal reflection and interference.
  2. High-performance Single-mode Transmission Core

    The patch cord uses 9/125μm single-mode optical fiber compliant with G657A1 standards, supporting mainstream communication wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm for long-distance, low-attenuation transmission. The attenuation coefficient is controlled at ≤0.34dB/km (1310nm) and ≤0.20dB/km (1550nm), and the insertion loss of the branch splice point is ≤0.1dB, ensuring consistent signal quality between the main end and the two branch ends without significant attenuation.
  3. Robust Cable Structure for Indoor Cabling

    The trunk cable has an outer diameter of 5.0mm, with a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant jacket that meets indoor fire safety standards and reduces toxic gas emissions in case of fire. The internal structure is reinforced with aramid yarn, providing a tensile strength of ≥80N to resist pulling and dragging during wiring. The branch cables are designed with a 2.0mm thin diameter, which is flexible and easy to route in confined spaces such as cabinet gaps and cable troughs. The dynamic bending radius of the trunk cable is 20× the cable diameter, and the static bending radius is 10× the cable diameter, avoiding signal loss caused by excessive bending. Custom lengths of 1m–50m are available, with a length tolerance of ±10cm.
  4. Stable Adaptability to Indoor Environments

    The patch cord operates stably within a temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃, suitable for the constant temperature environment of indoor equipment rooms and data centers. It has passed aging resistance and flame retardancy tests, complying with international indoor wiring standards such as IEC 60332-1-2, ensuring long-term reliable operation without performance degradation.

    It is widely used in data center cabinet wiring, connecting the main optical switch on the top of the rack to two servers or storage devices at the same time through the 1-to-2 branch structure, reducing the number of main switch ports occupied and improving the utilization rate of optical fiber resources.
  2. Enterprise Network Cabinet Optical Distribution

    In enterprise-level network equipment rooms, it can connect the core optical distribution frame (ODF) to two access switches or wireless AP devices, realizing centralized distribution of optical signals and simplifying the wiring topology of the local area network.
  3. Indoor Monitoring System Signal Transmission

    For high-definition optical fiber monitoring systems in shopping malls, office buildings, and other indoor scenarios, it can connect one optical transceiver to two monitoring cameras, reducing the need for additional optical splitters and lowering the construction cost of the monitoring system.
  4. Optical Communication Test Equipment Connection

    It is suitable for laboratory or field test scenarios of optical communication equipment, splitting one standard optical signal source to two test instruments at the same time, realizing simultaneous testing of multiple devices and improving test efficiency.
