The Nokia 474118A FSAP HDMI Cable is a specialized signaling and control cable designed for the Nokia Flexi Multiradio base station platform. It serves as the primary connection between the base station's main unit and the FSAP (Flexi System Access Point) or a laptop used for Local Maintenance Terminal (LMT) access. Despite using an HDMI-type connector (mechanically), it carries Ethernet and control signals (not video) to facilitate management, monitoring, and software commissioning of the base station equipment.

Connector Types

• Connector: HDMI Type A Male (Standard HDMI physical plug).
  • Important Note: Nokia utilizes the standard HDMI physical connector but with a proprietary pinout specifically for carrying IP/Ethernet and Serial/Console signals in their Flexi architecture.
  
  
• End 1 Connection: Plugs into the FSAP port on the Nokia BTS module or the system backplane.
• End 2 Connection: Plugs into the FSAP unit (a wall-mounted interface box) or into a USB-to-HDMI adapter for direct LMT (Laptop) connection.
