  The DLC/OD end adopts an ODVA-standard waterproof sealed structure with a threaded locking design, boasting an IP67 protection level that effectively resists dust, water immersion, salt spray, and extreme temperature fluctuations, ideal for outdoor installation environments. The DSC/ID end features a dustproof bayonet-locking duplex SC interface, designed for stable connection with indoor optical distribution frames (ODFs), switches, and transceivers, preventing misplugging and ensuring reliable signal transmission in clean equipment room settings. Both interfaces use UPC-polished ceramic ferrules for low signal reflection.

  Equipped with premium single-mode fiber compatible with OS1/OS2 specifications (core/cladding size: 9/125μm), the patch cord supports operating wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm, enabling long-distance transmission with minimal attenuation. It delivers exceptional optical performance with insertion loss ≤0.25dB (≤0.25+0.0004×L dB for lengths over 3m) and return loss ≥55dB, ensuring ultra-stable duplex communication for high-bandwidth applications.

The internal structure is reinforced with water-blocking aramid yarn to enhance tensile strength and prevent water vapor intrusion, adapting to complex installation scenarios such as tower hoisting, underground piping, and indoor cabinet routing. With a dynamic bending radius of 20× cable diameter and a static bending radius of 10× cable diameter, it withstands bending stress without signal degradation.
