Nokia (Alcatel‑Lucent) 3AG34408AA 10AN10GC 10x10G Universal Muxponder Card

10AN10GC 10-port 10G Universal Muxponder Card for Nokia 1830 PSS‑36 and PSS‑64 Optical Transport Platform, legacy Alcatel‑Lucent OTN/DWDM hardware that aggregates multiple 10G client services for 100G coherent DWDM wavelength transport.

Product Overview

Part Number: 3AG34408AA
Card Identifier: 10AN10GC
Supported Platform: Nokia 1830 PSS‑36, PSS‑64 (Release 8.0 or later)

This 10AN10GC universal muxponder aggregates up to ten independent 10G client signals, multiplexing these streams into a single OTN OTU4 / ODU4 container for coherent DWDM transmission. It supports carrier Ethernet and common 10G service interfaces. This is the C variant of the 10AN10G card family: unlike the standard 10AN10G designed for PSS‑16 / PSS‑32, 10AN10GC is built exclusively to operate on PSS‑36 and PSS‑64 chassis.

Key Features

• 10 × 10G XFP client ports for multi-service access
• Aggregates ten 10G client signals and maps traffic into OTN (OTU4/ODU4)
• Supported exclusively on Nokia 1830 PSS‑36 / PSS‑64, requires software Release 8.0 or newer
• Carrier-grade muxponder optimized for 100G coherent wavelength services
• Typical applications: mobile backhaul, cloud DCI, wholesale wavelength transport

Compatibility Notice

This card is dedicated for PSS‑36 and PSS‑64 chassis only; it is NOT compatible with PSS‑16, PSS‑32 and other 1830 PSS shelf variants. Please verify your system software release before ordering to avoid mismatch.
