Nokia (Alcatel‑Lucent) 8DG59340AAAA 01 Packet Optics Muxponder Card

11DPE12 Packet Optics Muxponder card for Nokia 1830 PSS Optical Transport Platform, legacy Alcatel‑Lucent P‑OTN/DWDM hardware for carrier ethernet service aggregation and OTN mapping.

Product Overview

Part Number (Ordering PN): 8DG59340AAAA 01
Card‑ID (Hardware label printed on faceplate): 11DPE12
Compatible Platform: Nokia 1830 PSS Series chassis
Function: Packet-Optics Muxponder for P‑OTN / DWDM transport. Aggregates multiple client Ethernet signals and maps them into OTN wavelengths for transport over optical fiber.

The 11DPE12 muxponder (8DG59340AAAA) is a high-density service interface card for the Nokia 1830 PSS platform. It aggregates carrier Ethernet client traffic, performs OTN framing and multiplexing, then delivers the composite signal onto DWDM wavelengths. It is widely deployed in metro and regional transport networks for carrier ethernet services, network expansion and spare inventory backup.

Key Features

• 11DPE12 Packet Optics Muxponder designed for Nokia 1830 PSS P‑OTN/DWDM platform
• High-density carrier ethernet client aggregation and OTN multiplexing
• Converts multiple client Ethernet streams into OTN signals for DWDM wavelength transmission
• Carrier-grade design for metro and regional optical transport deployments
• Hot‑swappable board design for in-service maintenance
