Product Description
Honeywell ControlEdge HC900 CPU module is the core hybrid controller of the ControlEdge 900 platform. It integrates DCS continuous PID loop control and PLC sequential logic control, with optional SIL2 safety certification for both general process control and safety interlock applications. Based on 32-bit RISC architecture, this modular scalable controller comes with Accutune III auto-tuning PID, SOE sequence of event recording and recipe management. Independent hardware watchdog ensures stable long-term operation. It supports Modbus TCP and isolated RS485 serial communication, compatible with HMI touchscreen, SCADA, Experion DCS and 3rd-party devices. The C75 model supports hot CPU redundancy and separated rack redundant deployment to minimize downtime. HC900 Designer software enables graphical configuration, online parameter adjustment, trend recording and alarm management.
